The monitor works well but new ones come with a protective plastic sheet covering the screen and edges that you have to peel off. It had no papers in the box, even specs and setup instructions. I had to clear the screen before turning it on. The problem is that I paid a new price for a slightly used monitor. When I complained they didn't offer any adjustments just told me to call Revine. Can you find the actual customer service number? I can not.

Make sure you use a DisplayPort cable if you need speed. It made my new slot machine a real beast. It arrived in its original Dell packaging, so have someone home or a pirate could catch it.

The monitor has decent color, poor HDR and an uncomfortable IPS glow. I got a replacement and it still has a bad IPS glow but the monitor has the combination of features at the price I want and I bought direct from Dell.com and didn't want to pay the 15% restocking fee, so I only trade with it. Knowing how bad the IPS glow is on this monitor, I would look elsewhere.

This is a good monitor, I have 3 of these on a 3 arm monitor mount and they are amazing. The 3 hand mount I use is inexpensive but holds these screens great as they don't weigh much but look and work great. The picture is just amazing, I don't know how else to describe it. Beautiful thin bezel design looks stylish. The monitor has 2 HDMI and DVI and an audio headset output. On the back there are 4 buttons and a joystick for menu control. The display is bright and responsive to games like Fortnight and Apex. The resolution is only for 24 inches. For 4k it is best to go to 32 inches.
