I am very happy with this computer! I've had it for over a month now and it's very fast. I attribute this primarily to the SSD. I doubt I'll ever buy a computer without it again. It's not loud, has decent sound and graphics (though not Full HD 1080p plus), and the keyboard is good. If it had a backlit keyboard, I'd be thrilled. Plus, everything costs less than $500. My last Dell laptop (worth over $1,000) lasted seven years before it recently broke. I like this new one a lot better.

I've only been using this laptop for a few weeks but so far it has great screen quality and everything you need and it's fast and agile. It also runs completely silent (compared to the lack of interior noise) and the speaker has great sound. So I'm very happy with it. I haven't tried the touchscreen features as I use a wireless keyboard and mouse. I updated the drivers to Windows 1909, but that was relatively easy. In any case, this is a very good laptop.

I replaced a 10 year old Dell with this model. I surf the web, send email, and do light Word/Excel work with it, so I don't know if it's good for gaming or anything that's really CPU intensive. The touchscreen is great, but I don't use it as much as I thought I would. Nice machine, I hope it lasts a long time!

The product is good for its price but I found that it only has a capacity of 105GB when the description says 128GB SSD. For me capacity is very important so I would like to know if this is intentional or if I have less capacity than suggested.

The touchpad is sensitive and it often takes multiple attempts to press the correct button. I haven't drained the battery yet, but it seems strong. I will get used to the touchpad and am very happy with this laptop.
