💻 Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series Touchscreen Laptop - Intel Core i3-8130U, 2.2GHz, 12GB, 1TB DDR4 Review

I bought one from the Dell website 6 months ago. I don't install any programs and the performance is not very good. Most notably, I have to wait a few seconds (maybe 10 seconds or more) to open IE or Chrome.

This manufacturer advertised a NEW computer. I ended up with a refurbished computer that arrived damaged and kept freezing! Then they tried to lie about it! It took me time and money to fix it with Revain. I would not order anything from this manufacturer.

This laptop is a source of great disappointment. The touchpad is very sensitive, even when the sensitivity is set to its lowest setting. It's a constant source of unintended inputs. When trying to move the cursor, it very often performs a left-click or instead resizes the screen. The default contrast for the cursor is also an issue.
