I understand that S mode is for security and protection, but you need to be more open with the information that this also means you can't buy anything on your laptop unless , it is bought by Microsoft . THIS IS A MONOPOLY! Seriously frustrating. I will disable "S mode" which now exposes my device to a higher security risk so I can buy and use the software I want.

I gave it to my wife for her birthday. I wanted a reliable computer that was easy to use. She doesn't need many extras, just basic internet access, word processing, etc. This computer suits her perfectly and she enjoys using it.

See all the specs, I ordered this machine and found out later that the processor speed is only 1.8Ghz and only 4 cores in my opinion. The graphics card is also quite weak. I have an almost 8 year old desktop computer that smokes this thing in almost every way, the technology really seemed to stagnate when I was really paying attention. However, it seems to work just as well as you might expect. It runs the software I need, although it can be a bit slow at times.

This is great for me. It has enough features to make it good for the average household or small business. I strongly recommend using it for these purposes.

Not a good buy for me. I thought I ordered a really good laptop for my business, but received a non-working, useless machine. It's heavy and looks very boring. It only worked when connected to the network because the battery died and I couldn't download basic apps, Microsoft 365 or McAfee Antivirus. Also didn't work with my hotspot because I don't have internet AND I had to pay $17.50 for shipping! Terrible experience. I no longer order lappys online. I pray I get a refund as they promised…

The only problem (which isn't bad, just a surprise) was that it didn't have a USB-C input. A connection to the charging station cannot be established. Each docking station works for everything except charging, which isn't a big deal. I bought another power cord from Revain for $30 so I can use it in two different locations without having to move the power cord when I move to a different room/location. In addition, the laptop has become excellent in all other respects!
