Processor Dell i3583, i5-8265. 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD. It's easy to change YouTube videos in S mode for Windows (I read it anyway). I heard this really fast computer after I switched windows. Looks great. Well packed. Will give an update, maybe after Christmas. There are no scratches on the screen. So far I'm impressed, especially for the price. There are 2 unboxing videos. Bought this laptop for my wife. So far I'm very impressed. Like others, all you have to do is go through the laptop's setup, specifically activating Windows and forgoing S mode (assuming that's what you want). Received yesterday so far so good. I was confused by the keyboard backlight. Someone answered the questions that backlight does not. I also see people talking about the weak TouchPad. Overall, this laptop offers excellent value for money. The touchscreen works well, the battery lasts quite a long time (I got a full day on a single charge), starts quickly, is light and very quiet (thanks to the SSD!). Obviously this isn't the kind of powerful laptop that you need to play something like fully modded Skyrim, but it's fine for regular gaming. I've always had good luck with Dell. I would give it 5 stars if it didn't come with Windows 10-S. This should be an option you can toggle on or off, not a one-time fix. At least it's free to disable. Otherwise it seems like a great little computer. Not a gamer by any means, but just what we needed.

I liked the play area. I didn't like that the screen was constantly flickering/flashing. I've asked Dell Support for help with this issue, but no one seems willing to help me. I have a guarantee they will fix the laptop but what good is it if Dell won't let you use your guarantee. I will never buy a Dell laptop again because they don't want to help you with repairs when you need help. I would choose any brand other than Dell.
