Here is a brilliant idea to improve your product. Send it with a USB plug next time so I can use it. It doesn't look like I run a business or anything. I have all the time in the world to go around returning cheap plastic keyboards with missing parts.

Setting up and connecting this mouse and keyboard is very easy. Simply insert the batteries (included), remove the USB nano-receiver, plug it in, make sure the switches are on, and you're good to go. I like the feel of the keyboard, typing is pretty quiet and I like the little feet on the keyboard that add to its tilt. The hardest part was removing the battery cover from the keyboard; everything else is good.

In my opinion that's very little. And because it's small, all the buttons are fairly close together. When typing, I keep hitting the "Caps" key, even though I placed a button over it to try and stop myself from doing it. Unsuccessful.

Great keyboard. Directions are useless. It is almost impossible to open and close the battery cover. I actually broke off one of the plastic clips trying to close it. Like I said, this is a great keyboard with a poorly designed battery cover.

Great silent keyboard and mouse combo, almost perfect for WFH but with a few usability issues: Issue 1) At first I thought this product was incomplete (missing USB receiver ). turns out that it is hidden in the mouse. I understand why they did it, but they also didn't have a manual so I had to google to understand that part. I really wanted to like this keyboard/mouse combo. I ended up with a new Dell laptop and Thunderbolt dock and decided to leave it with the family. Well, the style of keyboard and mouse is a bit dated. I think I could get used to it if I had to. The big downside for me was that I overlooked the need to change the batteries. I had the device less than two weeks and got a popup saying my batteries were low. I really should have returned it but missed the return window by 2 days.

Mouse pointer gets stuck. Use the same mouse pad as the wired mouse. Insists that the keyboard needs a firmware update, but after downloading the update it keeps failing to detect the device to install, even though the keyboard works.
