Works. The replacement battery was shipped within 30 days of purchase. Very slow to start. Otherwise I use it all the time and it works great. I didn't know it didn't have BLUETOOTH. I noticed too late. This is why watching movies sucks. You can only watch with a headphone jack.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished computer this way, but it was a great experience. I buy a lot of computers and was very impressed with the startup software because it set the computer up perfectly with less effort than ever before. I wrote to them that the battery is a little low and they sent me a new one via priority mail.

Less than a year later and the crappy battery isn't holding a charge. ------ Edit above So, a refurbished laptop. I am madly in love with him. My dinosaur (Vaio 2005) finally crashed and I was in desperate need of one. 1) I had no idea how insanely slow my old laptop was. 2) This is my first SSD, I only have 8 gigabytes of RAM, but it should be 10x faster than my dinosaur I just mentioned. I've been told that SSDs can be "iffy", they can last 10 years or 1 year (they fail more often than HDDs).

I spent about 5 hours going through all the steps to get all the programs I need for this and about half a dozen times it just shut down for no reason, although I've been using it at this moment with all the previous work. This is probably a motherboard power supply issue. I got a very unexpected resistance to returning it as it was a Prime product with a 90 day guarantee. I was also promised a $10 loan for trouble, and haven't seen it either.

The main benefit of this refurbished laptop is the connectivity (to connect/view photos on my TV) but I wish the screen was bigger (for the personal comfort) ; Also, the keyboard is small so I have typos. Good laptop for the money but I prefer working offline and Windows 10 is definitely not a favorite! Either way, I'll make my choice. If I had to do it all over again, I'd stick with the big screen and look for something other than Windows 10.

It's not perfect but for the price I'm delighted with this laptop. I needed to use it as a controller for a computer controlled milling machine (CNC milling machine) I was building, so I wanted a decent CPU (I didn't have specific GPU requirements for my application) and got one that also has an SSD for around 250 $! This item has features not available for 3x the price. Comes with Windows Pro, Solid State Drive, 8GB Storage, Wireless Connectivity. Plenty of USB slots and not too big and not too small.
