Okay, this is production. Date 2013 but know what you are buying. I needed this device for my monitoring and streaming software. It was the ticket. I had a new Win 7 64-bit, 4GB RAM, 2.8GHz dual core processor and it was running at 80% and sometimes 100% CPU. With this machine, the same software is now running at a steep 20% by 26%. I do heavy software development on it with no hiccups. Great computer at a very reasonable price. I also replaced the HDD with an SSD, now it's lightning fast in every way. I also recommend Refurbees. UPS lost my order and Refurbees delivered a new computer within hours. Very happy with their quick response and overall customer service.

The car is actually a 9010 model, which is supposed to be a good thing. However: 1) Physically, there is an open slot on the back, just below the accessory ports, above the power supply. I suspect that this can allow dust and other dirt to get in and cut off the cooling flow inside the machine. 2) There is a blinking blue dongle labeled "COMFRST” in the USB port. I have no idea what it is. 3) There are USB slots marked with the traditional "trident" symbol and there are slots with the "trident"

As the title says I haven't done that much research and thought it was an updated version of this great little desktop from 2018 that I've been using for years at a former workplace. No, that is not so. The architecture doesn't allow me to upgrade the hard drive beyond 2TB and I still can't get the 5G dongle to work properly and I have slow internet. Worked for a while. Now the power indicator blinks and then does not turn on. The mouse indicator is off and the monitor is black. I requested a refund because I bought it on March 24th and the problems started on May 16th. My request for a return/refund was denied on the grounds that the warranty is no longer valid. The description says 90 days guarantee. I am now waiting for an answer. I will update.

I bought a product and after setting it up it worked for several days, then the mouse stopped working and then the keyboard. I had to reinstall Windows to get the system working again. It was working fine until I got into the office a week ago and found the computer was off. The rest was in the office. I've tried turning it on, unplugging it and plugging it back in, but it still won't turn on. I'm going to college at the weekend to sort things out. I have previously purchased refurbished items…

Not what you think! Delivery took twice as long (it was terribly packaged and arrived wrinkled). ZERO CABLES, not even the power cord! The included Wi-Fi adapter (not built in) is useless so I had to buy a new one and my own Bluetooth adapter as it wasn't included. Connecting a VGA to a monitor (doesn't support HDMI) DOES NOT INCLUDE VGA so I had to buy one of those too! It's basically a skeleton that needs a lot of work to bring to life. Great computer at a great price. Bought renovated. A ton saved. It's very fast and Windows 10 Pro as a bonus. A little louder than I would like, but it doesn't bother me.
