The car seems good. Arrived 2 days earlier than planned.

The car is actually a 9010 model, which is supposed to be a good thing. However: 1) Physically, there is an open slot on the back, just below the accessory ports, above the power supply. I suspect that this can allow dust and other dirt to get in and cut off the cooling flow inside the machine. 2) There is a blinking blue dongle labeled "COMFRST” in the USB port. I have no idea what it is. 3) There are USB slots marked with the traditional "trident" symbol and there are slots with the "trident" symbol preceded by "SS". I suspect there is a difference but I don't know what it would be. 4) It does not contain user information such as user manual, quick start card or similar. It would be very helpful to have a user manual to figure out the differences between this machine and my old (dead!) 5637E gateway.5) No info on Windows 10 desktop software. This is a problem for those of us who are still using Windows Vista and the Microsoft desktop packages (Office, etc.). 6) I still haven't figured out how to transfer files and documents from my old (dead!) machine. to. This is causing problems when using my peripherals. For example, I can't get my Epson flatbed scanner to work because it doesn't have drivers. When I try to download the drivers for it I end up on the Dell Driver Support website who wants to charge me a lot of money for downloading the drivers. In short it would be very helpful to have some user information e.g. B. an instruction manual. , complete with computer. After all, there are actually some of us dinosaurs out there who don't know either Dell hardware or Windows 10.
