Delivered on time best for desktop

I received the specifications to run the CAD camera package, I thought I ordered correctly, but this computer is very slow, the graphics are very very slowly

Don't worry about quality. Received broken.

As I opened the box (which was undamaged) and pulled the computer out, I immediately heard dangling parts moving inside the tower, ie without turning the computer myself, I put it back in the return box.

I had a budget gaming PC in a big old mid-size case and had been wanting to buy a new one for a long time. the best computers for me that I already had, another computer of the same model, this is a novelty to add to my multimedia space. I'm intrigued and very happy with the finish and quality of the case, but there has been a major problem in the past. This computer does not have a graphics card, it is sold separately.
