This is the third refurbished ultra small form factor PC that I have purchased to replace reliable but older desktop computers. This was the first item from this seller. The product arrived with many pillows to avoid damage in transit. The machine was clean and ready to use as soon as I plugged in the included WiFi adapter. This item was defective when shipped. I don't know if it was badly delivered or not tested before packing but I was very dissatisfied with Revain Renewed and it was my first time using it. This is misleading as it is actually from a third party company. When I contacted the seller they tried to give me steps to solve the problem but none of them helped. Encrypted screen, keeps heating up and restarting after crash. Very dissatisfied.
