I received basically what was described but I am satisfied.

I got basically what was described on this page. I received the 9020M in micro form factor. After reading some of the reviews on here I wasn't sure what I was going to get. When I saw the package in front of my door, my initial fears were dispelled. The fed/ex box was tiny. It's definitely a mic. When I unpacked it, the first thing I checked was the display inputs. There was VGA and 2 display ports, but no HDMI. I looked in the box hoping to find an adapter and there was a display port to HDMI adapter. The description said there would be a WIFI wireless USB adapter. There was no adapter included. Instead, the device had an internal WIFI/Bluetooth card. There was a connector for an external WiFi antenna on the back of the device, but no external antenna. I went to the Dell website to find the service tag. The number was returned as a 9020M with a Core i3 processor and 8GB of RAM. This worried me as these weren't the specs I ordered. I started to see exactly what the specs were. Upon booting, Windows identified the device as having a Core i5-4570T processor and 16GB of RAM. Those were the specs I ordered. The description says that the keyboard and mouse must be enabled. I have not received them. The unit itself was in good condition, just a few spots on the corners where the paint was chipped. Windows 10 Professional was included with a valid product key preinstalled. The device came preinstalled with software not mentioned in the description. I was unhappy that it wasn't a clean install of Windows. I'll treat myself to a clean install. Overall I am not very satisfied or disappointed. So far the device seems to be in good condition. (You never know what you're going to get with that refurbished one.) The software and windows issue is a bit annoying. In the case of used products, shortages are to be expected. I no longer need keyboards or mice. Although the lack of an antenna annoys me a little. I wanted an inexpensive tiny Windows computer and that's what I got. That should serve me well. I am happy.
