DeLonghi TRRS0715E Digital Radiant Operation Review

I bought this unit to keep my daughter's nursery at a constant temperature. The Eco mode promises "optimal comfort". I set the unit to 71 degrees, just a few hours later the room was 62 degrees and the heater didn't even get hot! I contacted support and after troubleshooting confirmed that my device was NOT defective and had no way of detecting the room temperature despite the misleading "thermostat". When I first got it I left it running all day/night - IT WAS A FAILURE! This drove up my electric bill. Now I just turn it on when I get up. I bought this radiator to replace an old heater I have in my basement. Sometimes it's humid. The power cord is located just in front of the control panel. Not a good placement.
