Best value for air mass

After installing two Duralast parts in two years. I switched to Delphi (which in my opinion is the top rated mass airflow sensor for 2020). This one was $60 less than store bought for the same part.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • So far so good

Worked great on my 1996 GMC K1500 L31 5

Worked great on my 1996 GMC K1500 L31 5.7 Vortec. The included adapter harness worked great as it is a newer type of sensor. Delphi offers an excellent replacement for the mass air flow sensor. This sensor fixed my drivability issues and got rid of misfires and P0102, P103, and P0300 codes.

Pros
  • handy thing
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Fixed Stumbling: Sensors

This is a well made item that went right in and fixed the issues that were bothering my truck. After reading many reviews about different manufacturers, it turned out that the best choice was the Delphi brand. My spark plugs were a bit dirty due to a bad sensor, but after a few miles they cleared up and the engine runs smooth again.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • I'll write back later

Look very carefully at the product if you want to buy it from this company

I received it. opening the package. And that's what I got. I noticed that they sealed the long tear side to side with super glue. There was also a small crack on the other side. absolutely terrible. What a waste of time. If they were going to fix it, they had to fix it properly.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

If you notice a reduction in fuel consumption.

I had a check engine light on for a while and a scan showed I was having mass airflow issues. Before that I noticed that my truck was doing less mileage than before, but I just thought that's to be expected when it's over 20 years old. When the price dropped I bought it. To my surprise, I recovered about 3-4mpg after the swap. I feel like an idiot after driving for so many years. I replaced it about 2 months ago and it almost fixed itself.

Bi Monthly Check - 2000 5.7 GM Vortec

Based on what I know this is a factory replacement for the GM OEM 5.7 Vortec MAF as I think Delphi is the original OEM for this one part was. Installation was quick and painless and I haven't noticed any problems with the MAF after 2 months. I've swapped out many different electrical sensors to fix an issue that ultimately resulted in a faulty ICM (first time I didn't buy Delco's OEM AC - now I only buy OEM). It has a plastic body on the outside instead of a metal body (which is fine) and it…

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
