EGR defective; Seat is not available.

EGR valve seat is not depressed and will not seat the valve; Valve stuck in open position. The attached photo shows that the EGR seat is misaligned, causing the valve to "stick" in a partially open position. See 1st photo. The valve seat is not normally visible when pressed into the body. The replacement worked for about 1 week, then the valve seat moved and the EGR stayed open, just like the first block. See second photo.
