This is a quality replacement for the stock radiator. I replaced it with a genuine Honda radiator in my 2004 Acura TSX after 128,000 miles. If you compare the two you will find that the new one weighs a lot less which is due to deposits and some coolant in your old radiator. I used this to replace the radiator on my 2005 Acura TSX. Much cheaper than what you will find at your local parts store. If your temperature sensor thread is too small for the heatsink, you will need to use a temperature sensor adapter along with a gasket. I didn't have to use an adapter so I just reused the gasket from the original temperature sensor. Radiator cap not included.
