What a benefit!: Sensors

The same part at Autozone was 4 times what I paid. The item is an original Denso O2 sensor in retail packaging. It works perfectly. Goes from rich to lean very quickly. The engine has never idled so well. My wallet is happy, as is my car. I recommend the seller and parts.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Suitable for spares

Make sure you know your sensor and location. Most parts stores, including this one, list the oxygen sensor location incorrectly. There are 1 to 6 sensors on cars, O Reilly is the only one I've seen that allowed me to identify the correct one I need. The first one I ordered here was an upstream that didn't connect.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Very expensive

Check the seat of the socket connector supplied with the sensor.

The socket connector had offset flange guides that fit into the connector. My plug had centered flanges. I used a razor blade to shave off the plastic offset guide leaving only the middle and bottom guides. After that, the male and female connectors connect with a nice, secure click and everything works as advertised.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Weight

Wrong connector - sensors

Revane said this item would fit my car and even approved the location of the sensor. The plug doesn't fit. The body shop was able to patch up the old connector, but the check engine light is still on. I wouldn't buy this if you have code P0038 on a 2006 Chrysler 300C. That does not work. The seller cannot be contacted because this option has been removed. Their customization cost me an additional $30.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Nothing
