Will not work with Honda Element.

Not Honda OEM but quality product! It just doesn't work on the Honda Element. This actually marked the beginning of the second day. It must have been a long drive. I am very disappointed with these parts suppliers who knowingly sell incompatible items.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Something different

Exact replacement fully functional at a very good price

Exact replacement fully functional and arrived on time at an affordable price. The fault code was removed but NOT immediately, it took about half a day so give it some time after replacing the part on your car. I recommend it.

Half price Easy Fix

I installed it on my 2005 Honda Element EX 4WD. I removed the old sensor with a 22mm wrench. Apply the included anti-seize paste to the threads of the Denso sensor and reinsert it into the catalytic converter. Cleared the check engine light with an OBD2 scanner and the light went out. Easy to fix. Half the price of local auto parts stores.

  • Not the best

Switched to another brand still had the code, switched to Denso still had the code. $800 later the dealer told me that the upstream I bought a year earlier had failed because it was drawing too much current causing the downstream to fail and so I had the code. Switched to Denso, the problem went away immediately. I thought I saved $20 by buying a cheaper one, but it ended up…

Only suitable as a temporary solution

I saw good reviews and wanted to wait until I had enough time with them. So, from November 18th to December 27th everything was fine. Inspection passed, a new exhaust pipe installed along with a catalytic seal. After that, the element was a dream. Rated 19 mph on the 205k engine, mixed city driving. The 28th lamp went on. More precisely, the same bank that was replaced. Very disappointed, especially after all the hard work. I was going to buy this with the bench version 2 and set it up for my…
