Check and top up oil: Compressors

If you open the spark plugs you can see that the inside is wet and oily, but that doesn't mean the air conditioning compressor has the oil it needs for normal operation. I checked that there is not a single drop of oil, it completely dried up at the factory, so you need to add oil if you want long and safe operation.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • There are even more interesting options.

fits perfectly and works well

I just installed my new DENSO AC Compressor, DENSO Expansion Valve and URO Dryer on my 2000 model Mercedes ML 430 3 days ago. They all fit perfectly in less than 2 hours. Working hours. They work fine, thank goodness. My air conditioner is updated and at a good overall price. I believe the cooling is 80% similar to the old original part, but I hope I'm wrong and will have to test it longer, Denso is an original part in my car anyway, so the new Denso AC should work the old one! But then again…

New and not renovated. Plus OEM

Perfect fit. No oil needs to be added. Just install. The instructions will tell you to drain the oil from the old compressor and blah blah blah. compressor inside. It contains enough oil to cover the entire AC system. Basically he wants you to take out the old compressor and turn it upside down and see how much is leaking out of it and how much would leak out that much you will pour out of the new compressor but if your system is already leaking what is the difference? So it's better to suspend

Poorly Written Compressor Manual

I knew there were no o-rings after reading the reviews on here. I couldn't help but understand if it comes with oil. Some say yes and some say no. In fact, it comes with oil. However, I didn't know about it until I got a response from the support team. However, it is already too late. I have already filled the compressor. I had to drain some oil and add refrigerant. The instructions are poorly written. The manual is not for this model. To drain the oil, remove the plug next to the clutch cable…

My supercharger for installation on a 1997 Mercedes ML320 did.

My compressor for fitting to a 1997 Mercedes ML320 did not come with the required O-rings (as others have said) for fitting nor was it filled with the required PAG 46 oil in it , but of course nothing leaked, as stipulated in the installation instructions to check the oil before installation. These issues cost me a lot of extra time due to the difficulty of finding the right size o-rings and the owner's manual doesn't specify how much oil should be in the compressor. Be aware of these potential

Great Deal - Order Large O-Rings Separately (Dealer Part)

Does NOT include O-Rings. Whether you're replacing a compressor or paying someone to do it for you, it pays to do it right. Correct means flushing the system, replacing o-rings, installing a new dryer and valve. Find HNBR o-ring kits here at Revain. One of the o-rings you need for this compressor is not a standard size and you won't find it at any car dealership. You have to order it from the dealer. Part numbers below. I also used Nylog sealant when reassembling my system. Then pull out the…
