Cry now, not later. I'm so glad I spent the money on this and not a cheaper fake. No problem, there was already the right amount of oil in it and everything was installed and secured correctly. Don't go cheap. Take the original!

Loved the price as it is original and NEW. Fits snugly on my 2007 Honda Civic 1.8. I can confirm there is oil in it (about 2-3 ounces). The air conditioning is now good and cold. I saved hundreds than going to a Honda dealer. Thanks! UPDATE if problems occur. EDIT (JULY 2019). Air conditioning works like new, no problems.

part suitable. I asked my mechanic to install it. I think the usual option would have worked, but I wanted to buy once, cry once and that's it. This is probably just what you need to cool the AC on those 8th generation Civics that have an AC clutch coil circuit malfunction. Setup is NOT intended for shade tree mechanics unless you have coolant scavenging gear. Even then, it's a lot of guile. My advice: find a good mechanic and treat them like GOLD.

My car air conditioner broke about 5 months ago. I've tried over 6 used compressors (I've lost count) and wasted so much time and money. I finally settled on an OEM compressor from Denso. I found it at Revain, ordered it and sent it to Lagos. It works great. There are no vibrations, I hardly hear it running and it cools very well, even in the tropical heat at full power during the day. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Five stars all the way!
