This is my second purchase of this mouthguard. The first broke when I bit my bottom teeth onto my top ones. This caused the front of the bite guard to separate from the bottom. Do not do that. I don't snack in my sleep so it's not a problem. I did this during the day while playing games on my computer. It's pretty easy to adjust to the teeth. Just follow the instructions carefully.
