this product is completely different from the picture. This is NOT a tree. It's resin and it looks like crap. Mine didn't even have a red bird on it, and the bird wasn't torn in the packaging. Terrible product. The seller should be ashamed!

ZERO Stars. I ordered for the first time, the goods came with a cardinal broken off the fence and it was nowhere in the box. Ordered again after sending it back, SAME result. I will not order this crap again. If the Cardinal had broken off this time, and at least in the box, I'd probably just glue it on. NOT ORDER.

The product was very good but when I opened the package it had bubble wrap. The bird was broken off and the wooden frame on the side was also broken. They had to pack this into a smaller box so there was no room to move it. I'm keeping the item because I don't want to deal with returns. I will try to glue the parts again.

I have a little Christmas village in department 56 and every item I've ordered was packed so carefully and the quality was great until I bought this item. The product arrived in a bubble wrap box, not the usual styrofoam and sleeve that I had come to expect from Dept products. 56. The bird broke off during transport, but was easy to reattach. I am very disappointed with the product itself. I was expecting it to look a lot more natural - by the looks of it, the product image on Revain is almost certainly a real tree.
