Pleasantly surprised by the amount of gear provided, case with instructions. It was such a pleasant shopping experience that I will recommend this store to my friends. The email with detailed instructions was amazing but most of all the customer support was phenomenal. I'm still solving problems with my laptop, but every step along the way is a wonderful learning experience with incredible support. Here is a man who sincerely loves his job and helps people solve problems.

Finally a kit that does the important things. A mini Wi-Fi card is required. My old kit only worked with a VGA connector. They don't have computers anymore. Excellent quality.

Wow I've never had such good customer service before. I chose this particular POST test kit because it seemed like it would help me with my problem when I was confused, and I wasn't wrong. I do not want to scold the product, and of course the seller tries very hard to provide customer service, but check your system. As the seller clearly says, this only applies to systems with PCI slots. This is a very old type of slot used by very few computers. Unless you have an older system, chances are you only have PCIe slots. like me. I should have paid more attention before ordering because I know better. Interesting product, helpful documentation. Most helpful is the support of the developer, who will work tirelessly with you to understand what it all means. He knows his stuff and enjoys it very much. However, what can be learned from the analyzer itself may be limited on very old motherboards, as oxidation and MTBF of old solder joints make diagnosing a single point of failure less likely. Just because you can ask him what's going on doesn't mean he can tell you. But go to the analyzer anyway.
