Excellent Customer Support & Very Professional

I have been working with them for about 5 years now, they are very good at what their doing but do take some time to get used too so you need patience in all things! If anyone is looking into having an excellent CRM system set up it's definitely worth giving desyinit as our support team can help out from start till finish of any project/idea we come across within this area. We use sales force extensively here at work which has helped us keep track off information such as customer details etc…

Pros
  • The customer support is always good whenever we need help with anything we can always contact them and get a fast response if not instant
Cons
  • I do have a few issues at the moment with the system in that it doesn't seem to work properly at the moment and I'm not sure if this is due to a glitch or a fault in the system
