They are comfortable but I have a bit of a hard time getting used to them having worn traditional breeches for many years.

Ordered a small for my 12 year old of average build. WAY too small for her and also too small for my 10 year old! To say that these are women's breeches is actually wrong. I usually wear small women's clothes, but in a million years I won't be able to fit in.

I would give it 5 stars BUT. I have 2 pairs of these. The first pair fitted perfectly, they are real hipsters so super low which is perfect for petite people like me! The second pair (same size but black instead of beige) was much smaller. It was really disappointing because the first pair is PERFECT. For reference I have a size 28 and medium. I'm afraid to order another pair - I don't know what I'll get :/
