Bought for my 7 year old son to wear under shorts. He prefers that to sweatpants. They're definitely not as thick as some of his branded tights, and a pair has a hole in the knee after just a wear or two. That's about what I expected. He plays pretty rough. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on tights just for him to rip them, so it's ok if you don't expect them to last.

I don't want my kids to get sunburned that badly and after seeing how often they get sunburned despite sunscreen because it washed out or just not like that was good as promised, just decided to buy this for my kids. Now I don't have to worry about applying or reapplying sunscreen and they never sting (on my feet) no matter how long they play in sprinklers or pools. It fit as expected and was a good product overall.

These pants were very thin and too loose for compression pants. I bought these for my 12 year old son to wear under his hockey gear but not only were they loose because they didn't fit, they hung from his body like a curtain. Compression pants are elastic and fit snugly to the body. They didn't stretch and were so thin they didn't provide much warmth as an underlayer.
