DEWALT DW3744C 10 Piece Blade Shank Review

An easy way to stock up and add a good case. Don't forget to check what type of shaft you need. These are U shank, not T shank.

Does not fit DEWALT DCS331M1 20V Max Lithium Ion Jigsaw (bought together I think this is a suggestion ). Unfortunately my husband only opened it today. It is too late for a return.

For some reason they are hard to find at the hardware store with DEWALT U-shank. That they are superior to the blades of the Black and Decker brand in every respect in terms of design.

I use this in my 50 year old Sears Craftsman reciprocating saw. It's getting hard to find quality U-shank jigsaw blades, and the ones I've bought from local stores over the last 10 years have broken quickly. I decided to try them and so far I am very happy with the stability of the blades and the cutting edge. The plastic case for the blades is also practical. I am happy with these blades.

A great product for a number of reasons. Of course, you get one set of jigsaw blades, which never seems to be enough. But I especially appreciate the CASE that comes with it. There are MANY storage containers on the market, but I find this one extremely useful. It's clear that Dewalt has thought about it. Smart design, holds a lot but is still small enough for your pocket or saw case. I've been using one for years with no problems and just bought another to store small drill bits.
