I bought these for my Dewalt angle grinder/cutting tool. I placed it on the screw that needed to be cut off and then used it to carve a screwdriver slot on the screw. Works great, cuts metal like butter.

I'm tired of cheap HFT blades that wear out quickly and sometimes break or chip if you don't line up the cut perfectly. Decided to flaunt something with a branded sticker and pay to see if there is a difference. It does! They last twice as long as these and cut faster. So far none have broken. I will continue to buy them.

These discs cut like a hot knife through butter. I craft a lot, but one thing I really love is finding old steel and turning it into new things. That means I cut a lot of things (and sometimes fix mistakes!), and these wheels cut the fastest I've ever seen. They wear out about as fast as anyone else, but they seem to cut faster, and faster is a good thing. You can't go wrong with this.

I ordered this product, it is a 4-1/2" cut-off wheel for my grinder and I received a 6" cut-off wheel. I just don't have a coffee grinder of this size, otherwise I would just save it and order it again. I tried to make a return or send back through this site but it won't let me. It says the item is non-returnable but I see there is a 30 day guarantee. I can't get anyone to explain the simple confusion so I'm at a loss. Easily cuts through metal studs. Works very quickly, unlike a portable grinding wheel. I tried a grinding wheel first and the end of the bolt got so hot it melted the nylon on the nylon insert locknuts. In comparison, this did the job very well in about a minute. I cut ⅜” zinc plated steel carriage bolts. If you need a cut-off wheel, look no further...it will get the job done quickly and with little to no fuss. Since the blade is very thin, you can cut the bolts flush with the nut if necessary.
