📏 Dewalt DWHT43003 Torpedo Level with Magnetic Feature Review

Awesome size level for a project that has the benefit of being magnetic. Use it in almost any project, big or small. I highly recommend this level.

The first thing that catches the eye is the weight, and then the most unique feature - It has an adjustable bubble level to set the desired angle. I didn't think I would use it often, but I use it often. Another plus, it bubbled up with my six-foot level.

I have all Dewalt cordless and cordless devices. Wouldn't buy anything else. I have many hand tools, but for some tools I prefer others. I'm a big Dewalt fan, but this level is/was a POS. The horizontal plane didn't work at all. was far away. I wondered if that was a defect. I know I bought this a while ago, but I have a busy life and don't always have time to sit down and evaluate if it's good or bad.

I've waited a long time for a better spirit level and this one fits perfectly. My cheaper levels of a similar design didn't have an adjustable level and the vertical level was too small to use. Both features work well at this level and have already been very useful. not careful.

Pros: - Very solid to the touch, great mass, high quality to the touch (as DeWalt products usually do) - Precise level controls - The rotating bladder has degrees on one side, tar on the other, very convenient - Reasonable price - 2 rare earth magnets on the bottom are ground with a graduated notch to make them work better on pipes or other round objects - Made in Thailand , NOT China Cons: Magnets are good but not great. It would be better if it had 1 more magnet at the bottom

I'm a Dewalt fan in general so I may be biased but this torpedo level is perfect for most upgrade projects! The magnetic side helps us to easily assemble the TV wall mounts with just one person as there is no need to hold it. one hand on the wall bracket and the other on the drill! This is a great overall level for small projects and my entire team has tested it for accuracy at 2ft, 4ft and 6ft. If you can center the bubble, it's as accurate as our 6ft level!
