Good for small jobs on grinders

(1) For home use with my 20 gallon compressor 5.8 hrs. along with air consumption. Other reviewers point out that this cutoff is better than most for air intake. (2) For use on larger jobs where I have unlimited airflow, I would like the handle to be a smaller diameter. I didn't like using it for 3-5 hour sessions.

Cuts well with less air than most other filters. Easily suffocated, but nothing serious. I run this on my 12 gallon HF compressor. It stalls for maybe a minute before the tank gets too low, then I wait for the supercharger to catch up. The only complaint is that oil leaks from the bearing onto the workpiece. I've used an RF cutting tool for years and complain that it uses a lot more air than advertised and isn't as powerful. I eventually used it to the point where it actually leaked out of the…

Since it'll probably be a long time before I can find around $2500 or so to get a new one comparable, I'll have to settle for a small 15-gallon unit for now, which is a workhorse in its own right but can't offer CFM , which many of my air tools use, especially the non-8CFMs that my AirCat requires. So I got this Dewalt and I have to say my compressor fails at 90psi on a cutoff that can actually do…
