📐 DEWALT Premium Rafter Square 12: The Ultimate Measure for Precision Carpentry Review

Dear Dewalt, but item arrived damaged. Looks almost used or heavily worn. Not bad enough to send back but not what I expected.

As far as I can tell the tool itself is of pretty good quality. Unfortunately it was bent so I couldn't test it. I'm sending it back for exchange, hoping the next one won't be entered before it's here.

This 12" Dewalt rafter square is perfect. I started building a barn and quickly found that the 5" square limited my options a bit. I found it and ordered.Couldn't be happier.Much easier to work with than a small one.

As you age your eyes will darken and shadows will darken a bit. It's still easy to read. It's a bit big for a waist pack, but I can use it as a guide for the circle. Saw for marking and cutting 2 2x6 or 3 2x4

I'm a huge DeWalt fan and have a lot of their tools. There are some of her tools that aren't even worth considering, like her belt sander, 1/2-inch drill press, and orbital sander. is not flat. If you're using it to create rafters or a rough structure it works fine, but definitely don't use it for ANY precision.
