There are no instructions in the kit which is annoying. The base easily attaches to the tow hook, but is otherwise patchy. There is no way to fully tighten the tablet holder onto the base. I am afraid that the machine will fall due to the vibration. The screws that attach the plate to the plate holder are tiny and require a wrench to screw them all the way in to hold them in place.

I used a socket to install a part that screws into the car and it actually bent the aluminum. It was originally missing a screw to attach the cymbal holder (to the curved piece) and when the seller sent it they removed it immediately without even going all the way in. I will not buy again. The seller answers quickly and perfectly, but the product is not the same.

If your car has parking sensors and you don't want to mount the license plate portrait (like an idiot), there's no way you can mount it where the side or central parking sensor Mazda 6 does not interfere. If you disable this feature, everything is fine. But why pay for the bells and whistles when you have to disable this feature. However, it looks cool; just doesn't work.

The shaft on the plate mount that screws into the tow eye mount is insanely long. When installed, the license plate protruded about 4 inches from the car. It looks very strange because it has to match the bumper. Also, the bolt used to attach the plate frame to the stem doesn't hold tight, even with the lock washer. My car has never had a faceplate, but my home state requires one for MOT. I hate drilling holes in my cars so I took a chance by choosing this product. You get what you pay for. Works as advertised. Don't expect to use this as a step to get into the engine bay, nor would I recommend going through a car wash with it. It survived contactless washing well. Very satisfied with the product. Much cheaper than the Corksport option. would recommend.

I thought everything was going well with this product until one day I was driving on the freeway and noticed a strange noise seeing my license plate on the side of the highway saw fall. The hardware that attaches the license plate to the tow hook is still in place, meaning the actual license plate bracket ripped the washer, likely because it's a light weight and not very strong material. I now need to order a new stronger license plate bracket as well as a new license plate so thanks I think…
