Missing screws match replacement parts

I was very pleased to receive and install this kit. When I went to install it, it didn't have the two pivot bolts needed to hang the assembly. There were nuts instead of bolts, but there were no bolts. The rest of the set seems normal. I look forward to road testing once I complete the installation.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Update Availability

Lack of all equipment.

The worst packaging I've ever seen for carrying heavy items. The box was delivered open ended. The box is very thin to support the weight of two 5lb EQs bouncing around. What little I have seems well put together. All hardware to complete this kit is missing.

Cons

Very strong tandem axle assembly center

I wanted to upgrade some suspension components for my 5 wheel camper. I like the construction and design much more than the Lippert Equa-Flex that came with my RV. The only downside is that the pins on the "other end" are too short for the Correct Track shackle (and I can't seem to buy longer pins from Dexter - they're the same length as the heavy-duty shackles).

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Functionality

Too bad we didn't do it sooner.

Great upgrade for our fifth wheel. I used to be afraid of expansion joints at each end of bridges, now I don't even notice them. Indoors, fewer things bang. I recommend this kit. We bought this kit because our dealer said it hadn't been ordered through his distributor for weeks. I ordered it on Thursday and delivered it with our trailer to the dealership for installation on Monday. It looks like it would be easy enough to install ourselves if we had the space.

  • Excellent design

Incredible upgrade best in control arms and parts

I've been trying to decide which suspension equalizer to go with. I looked at them all, CREE 2000 and 3000, Road Armor etc. I went with this because I saw the EZ-FLEX system. Superb build quality, superb functionality, smooth trailer ride and improved towability. I sincerely believe that this system is so underrated. I also installed 1/2" wet bolt clamps with brass spring bushings. Took me an hour and a half to install. I have 5 runs on the system now and it works on every trailer. I'm getting…

Great kit, wrong instructions

Absolutely amazing $300 kit but it came with instructions PN 059-203-00 which are instructions for dry bolt axles and so the torque specs for the bolts were 130 -150 feet . pounds, not 30-50 feet. Pounds I discovered this while stripping bolts with a torque wrench set at 150 feet. Pound Seems to be Dexter's fault, not necessarily Revane, for including the wrong instructions in the kit, but either way I'm REALLY not happy that I had to order another $75 kit to fix the wet bolts and replace the…

Dexter won't help you if you're in trouble.

Installed this system on my toy dump truck for an upgrade. Everything went well except that the bolts for the spring ends were too short. Also, the main center screw was too short. Forest River had my RV recalled because the wheels hit the fender area. Mine wasn't that bad, just a few marks showing where the wheels might have touched when I hit a bump. They sent an upgrade kit to my camper company and installed it. Unfortunately, the screws were therefore too short. The springs have new…
