This knife is the perfect size for my hand, (medium) incredibly sharp and stays sharp for years (my old one is 35 years old). My old man isn't as sharp as he was 35 years ago and I just wanted to make sure I have one more person I can rely on just as much as the first one! Can't recommend enough.

These are great knives. You can cut almost anything. They are very sharp and hold their edge well. Easy handling and easy cleaning. I've gotten rid of most of my other knives and just use them for pretty much everything. I will buy them again when I need knives and have given them to family members as gifts. Excellent knife.
