Disappointing Tar Shampoo, Leaves Residue

After trying this shampoo, my hair felt unclean and WEIGHED down with residue. While it did seem to reduce some itching, the negative effects outweighed any positives. The scent was also unpleasant. .

The only downside is that it can be a little harsh and drying on the hair, so be sure to use a good conditioner alongside it. Compared to MG217 in shampoos

I bought this product because for some reason coal tar shampoo MGG217 was becoming more and more expensive. It's $45 now, which is crazy since I bought it for $6 a year ago. Anyway this is a great replacement, I have really bad flaky and itchy dandruff and after 2 washes this started to relieve my symptoms. Honestly, that saves. Yes, it smells like tires, but I agree about dandruff flakes and madly itchy flakes.
