I had an SD card with an image loaded ready when this unit arrived. Within 15 minutes I had the device up and running with no problems. This was a purchase for my 90 year old out of state father. Hundreds of photos of his children and grandchildren in a continuous slideshow. Great gift!

My sister and I bought this frame for my mum last year and she loves it! She's pretty easy to use, she loves the calendar feature and loves getting all the photos from us :) I highly recommend this frame. I had a few questions and the customer service was fantastic. Excellent and I would buy from them again in a heartbeat!

Received this after trying out a Polaroid WiFi frame because their app kept crashing. I wanted something easy to use as it was going to be a gift for my great grandparents. I really like that it has the option to use USB or SD card. The photo quality was very good and I liked that the date and time could be displayed in the corner. They liked it and it was very easy to set up, I can get it myself.

I was particularly pleased with the ease of setup and the image quality. The remote made setup a lot easier than using the buttons on the back of the picture frame. The photos were clear and bright. The photo viewer has 3 settings: full screen, actual size or scale, convenient function. When setting the clock, please note that the default setting is a 24-hour clock, but here in the US we use a 12-hour clock. Very good digital picture frame for the price.

We have had other brands of digital photo frames in the past and were a little disappointed. BUT THIS DIGITAL FRAME IS DIFFERENT! Photos are crisp - even photos scanned from printed photos. I put this device on the kitchen table and put in a disk with thousands of photos. It worked flawlessly and even old grainy photos look fine. Programming features like on/off time and photo randomization are welcome. You don't have to save energy (like with a battery), but the motion detector is a good thing. Excellent picture quality. A friend of mine has a digital photo frame and I've always wondered why people buy digital photo frames if they aren't of very good quality. But since my wife insisted on not looking at the photos and always keeping them on my hard drive, I bought them. Surprisingly, the quality of the images is excellent. This is the second photo frame I have bought as a gift. The first was Nixplay and it will ruin everything else for you. But it also costs a hell of a lot, more than double. (It wasn't the case before.) Thought I'd give it a try as it's a lot cheaper and seems to fit the bill. This is a good photo frame, but not great.
