great value: my rating

I'm into the Diadora football boots. I've owned several pairs over the years. They fit my wide feet and are very comfortable. Excellent price.

Great shoes my pros and cons

I am soccer coach. I used to wear trainers but these fit really well. I have wide feet so football boots are very difficult for me to find. These fit exactly. My legs are tense but not flat. I run and kick with the players, so I'm very active in the team I coach. At my age I don't want my feet to hurt after training, so it's very important that my shoes fit me. Paired with a sturdy set of compression stockings these shoes are great for my feet! Size 12 is perfect for my feet. I wear size 12 in…

Pros
  • Good fit and suitable for football
Cons
  • They may not be suitable for players with injuries or foot problems.

great lawn shoes in my review

They're narrow, so if you have wide feet like me, remember they're roomy at the ankle. However, I have had no problems with it, no slipping on the lawn. Leather and sole are great. The laces are just long enough. However, if you have to use an ankle brace, you might find it a bit uncomfortable to kick your feet. For normal everyday lawn play, I recommend using them.

Pros
  • I like this
Cons
  • Shoes may not provide enough support during intense play.

Good shoes I think

Overall my first impression is that this is a good shoe. Looks great and fits my foot well. I bought these because other reviewers said they fit a little larger/wide than other turf running shoes and I agree with that assessment. Initially I had shin sprints wearing them so I bought a premade insole to provide extra cushioning and support...that seems to have helped. I've only played one game in them so far so I can speak on durability although they look and feel like a good running shoe. Now…

Great lawn shoes: my review

Great indoor shoes for a soccer player in the 40's. I like my football boots (boots, if you're so inclined) to be snug fitting so as usual I went half a size down and they fit perfectly. They feel a little heavy/thick/inflexible at first but after 2 minutes of playing I forgot I was wearing new shoes.

Pros
  • I have very big legs and I always have a hard time finding the right fit, this one is very comfortable.
Cons
  • They may not be suitable for players with wide feet.

Good for judges. Maybe not for the players.

I bought these shoes to review and couldn't be happier with the overall comfort. Big pillow for your healing. Grass grip is reliable. Inside the shoe is a piece of fabric that folds and feels weird but doesn't cause blisters or discomfort. I would rate them 5 stars if I thought they were quality football boots for real players. They are too soft and a little bulky around the laces, causing loss of contact with the ball. I highly recommend them to comfortably walk up and down as a referee.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Functionality

cheap shoes that should probably sell for less

Want a good pair of football boots but don't play often enough to justify $100 or more? Then you're probably reading this. I bought a pair of boots on sale for $60 as I wasn't sure if they would fit, so I wanted to try these "cheaper" boots. Well they are. cheaper. The outsole and midsole are made from the same rubber, only painted white to make it look like a foam midsole. The fit was more relaxed but still fit football boots so they are smaller than my tennis shoes. You can actually go down a
