Terrible. My mileage went from 18mpg to 12.8mpg. I removed it after a few days and my mpg is back. After about 4 hours my radio stopped working in my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. I wish I had ever tried. I bought a new van in 2009 and had no problems, just wanted to increase my mileage per gallon, now I have to spend $5 to $800 to replace an aftermarket radio that doesn't do everything it could to make it my original. Sorry, but this device doesn't deliver what it promises. I had high hopes that this would help my very nice 2011 Ford Explorer XLT SUV with the 3.5 liter 6 cylinder engine. I got 22 to 24 mpg before I installed the fuel economy unit. I rode it for a couple of weeks but didn't see any improvement and it actually broke on the same tracks. So it is NOT as expected and I am planning to return the device for a refund. So my recommendation - DO NOT buy, DO NOT waste money - it's not worth it!

Update: Photos: Went to a bachelorette party in South Lake Tahoe over the weekend, had fun, took before and after pics of the odometer on the way back. He said I drove 110 miles.
