It has been very easy for our call center staff so far in using this software application with it's ability that allows you do answer many different types or questions about products we sell! The only thing i dislike thusfar are having some times when my keyboard doesnt work properly but other than such its working just fine! If your looking into something like dial once then I would highly suggest taking advantage right away because at one point there was no availability left!! We have solvedβ¦
