Description of πŸ’Ž Diamond Concrete Grinding and Shaping with Glitter

Made with high quality GE Superabrasive diamond, this bit will grind faster, last longer and cost you less than any comparable tool. Use on a regular (not impact) drill for grinding or shaping mortar, tile, granite, marble or any similar material. 4 5/8" long X 1/4" shank for use with variable speed die grinders or drills. Allow the bit to do the work and don't press to hard to prevent bending. Small 1/4" diameter prevents over-cutting into adjacent material.

got a job for drill parts and accessories

This drill bit was exactly what I was looking for on this particular project. I had to enlarge the hole in the concrete block a bit. and do it with some precision. This fit was perfect. The downside was that she had a short life. This worked well initially, but soon became difficult due to wear and tear. I didn't think I could finish the job in one fell swoop, but I did my best and did it. One job and the blow is done.

Pros
  • Small 1/4 inch diameter prevents excessive cutting into adjacent material.
Cons
  • No Instructions

let the tool do its job. nice and easy

Diamond crown is long, good for increasing the depth of mortar removal. However, you should let the tool do its job and not force it. The old solution is well removed. at $45 it's a good value. Very good price. I bought one from another company 15 years ago (head was only 1/2 inch long, shaft was only 1.5 inch long). A 15 year old nozzle costs $95. It was sintered, which is why it lasted so long. Not sure if this one is newly sintered but full of rough diamonds that have held up well so far.

Pros
  • Use on a regular (non-impact) power drill to grind or shape grout, tile, granite, marble or similar materials.
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

This beat worked really well.

I used this nozzle to break up old grout on a chimney that needed to be diverted. I ground up most of the grout with a 5 inch diamond grinder. In places like head joints, I used this diamond-shined needle. He did a very good job. He quickly went through the crumbly loose solution. it took longer to grind down the cracks. The diamond grit held up well. I finished grinding and there was life left in the chisel. The long length of this chisel makes it possible to remove an entire stone. For my…
