Arrived quickly, the design looks like the picture but the picture showing it in a frame on the wall is deceiving. It's very small - basically the size of a napkin maybe? The description now that I've read it says it's small using metric measurements.

Absolutely NOTHING like the photo. The whole meaning of the mandala lies in the sacred geometry. This part is so asymmetrical that I had to change the middle to make it semi-acceptable. Before ordering you must see the finished work. A great process, but not a great result.

This is my second diamond painting. The first had square crystals, making it purer. They are round and sit in a square so the base is visible. Also, the first wax paper had tape over it and I enjoyed watching the image take shape as I removed it and filled in small areas at a time. It has transparencies - takes away the wait factor. The first came with sharp tweezers, which comes in handy sometimes. Not like this one. The kit was complete and as advertised, for which I am grateful.
