Accurate Readings for Automotive Communication

This power meter provides accurate readings and is compatible with a variety of automotive communication devices. The build quality and durability are impressive and make it a solid choice for heavy duty vehicles. The only downside is the higher price point compared to other power meters on the market. Overall, a reliable tool for any fleet or automotive enthusiast.

Pros
  • Accurate power measurement for SWR frequencies
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other SWR meters on the market

Great meter - hard to read at lower power levels (QRP)

Analog counter works fine. It doesn't require electricity to work, which is a plus. However, the lower (QRP) power levels are not as easy to see visually. For your standard 100 watt QRO radio, this gauge will work. However, you need to switch between forward power and SWR. A cross or digital gauge might be better as it will show all of this information at once. Good to build like a tank. Instead, I bought a digital meter here at Revain.

I don't have a lot of desk space so this was a good choice. The only wish is that the range switch was on the front panel. Located at the back, it's pretty easy to get to, but can be a problem in places. It almost feels like an afterthought, like someone forgot to add it up front. Overall it's still a great buy, and the…
