    Thin and small, but handy for shaving.

    I like it when they wipe off the shaving cream and wipe down the sink when I'm done shaving. They are not very viscous and therefore do not absorb well. They are not suitable for steaming and wrapping the face like those used for shaving in barbershops. It's just nice to have a set of 5 identical towels to borrow. I can only use a towel once and then throw it in the trash and take a different towel next time.

    Diane Fromm barber towels

    Okay, barber towels aren't that soft, but they'll probably get even softer after a few washes. It is best to cut your hair over your shoulder, steam your face, wipe shaving cream off your face or simply use a hand or kitchen towel. not intended as a face towel. I would also just use a facial tissue to clean and dry your dual blade razors.

    The best shaving towels you could ask for!

    Towels are towels right. wrong if you shave like a real shave or maybe grooming with a safety razor, straight razor or even razor blades with some decent pre-shave lotion, shaving cream, aftershave etc. These towels are a must-buy. They are prewashed as they are not painted over like so much junk overproduction in recent years, seriously why do we have 100 companies mass producing the same low quality crap. If it was up to me I would take 10 or 15 companies they would complete to make the best…

    Thinner and smaller than expected

    I ordered these for use at the spa to wrap hair and protect bed sheets. They're thinner than I expected and I'm not sure if they're a full 26 inches long, especially after washing and drying in a hot wash. Overall not great, but not terrible either. I can't use them to wrap around my head and staple together so I use them for general cleaning.

    Times Gone in Hair Drying Towels

    I've read several reviews saying the towels are rough and flimsy. I think these reviewers may be too young to remember a true old-fashioned shave at the hair salon. I am 67 years old and I remember going shaving with my father and grandfather. The barber leaned back in his chair and wrapped his face in three of these steam towels, two of which were later removed and placed on the client's shoulders.
