Ever since I was a kid, I've curled my hair. Most of the time I use "magnetic" curlers because they make your hair smooth and shiny like the chi-iron does these days. The real pain with hair rollers has always been attaching little metal clips to the rollers to hold them in your hair. Exactly what I was looking for. During the pandemic I didn't dare to cut my hair and my hair grew about 3 to 4 inches. I've recently started using curlers after shampooing to add some bounce and frizz to my long locks. They work fine. My hair dries within hours. Happy with this purchase.

I'm not a fan. I have thick, long and curly hair and had to order two of these and two of 1.75 inches. Being plastic, they were very slippery on my hair whether my hair was dry or wet. Maybe it works for thinner and less hairy heads but I used them twice and then gave them to my sister. I guess I prefer spiked rollers that keep my hair in place rather than slipping off.

They go really well with my fine thin 2B-2C wavy hair. They're hard and can be painful to sleep on, but the price is fantastic. To avoid the dents/lines in my hair that other reviewers have described, I rotated the rollers/roller caps so they didn't press the edge against my hair. Happy beauty life*
