The path is useless

Received and calibrated according to the instructions but the readings are far from the same. I got this to measure pH in kombucha and it shows very high readings. Tap water reads around 9 and store bought fresh kombucha reads 4. Back to using pH strips. They're not super accurate, but more accurate than this POS.

Pros
  • pH meter
Cons
  • There are doubts

Broke on first use.

I dipped it in my solution and he gave me the number. Then I "washed" the tip as instructed. As a result, liquid entered the device and it did not work. again. It's not waterproof. Apparently you need to use a small cup to "rinse" without letting the water rise above the bottom 1/2 inch of the unit.

Pros
  • substance analyzer
Cons
  • no automatic

Started great, didn't hold up

Started well, almost like a reagent tester, but despite careful washing and drying, it keeps getting bigger or worse. from an error of 0.02 to 1.3 in the last test, and on distilled water - 9.35. was a good idea, but you can't count on it. and if I'm going to do a reagent test to see if it's working, why bother? I like the technique, I can try another block but not another yellow style.

Pros
  • pH test
Cons
  • Long delivery time
