Great customer service, quick responses and helpful staff

The team is very responsive to any of our questions or concerns we have about their product. They are always willing to help us out with anything that comes up! I dislike having to use multiple applications for different parts of my job (order entry/tracking). It would be great if there was one application where everything could all go in together instead of using other apps just because it's easier than searching around trying to find what you're looking for. For those who want an easy-to-useโ€ฆ

  • The fact that I have to log into another website to log into my account to be able to see my inventory and track my orders

Great User Experience, Amazing Technology Used For My Business Needs

I like that it's easy to use for anyone who has basic coding knowledge but also gives more experienced coders an alternative when they need one in their toolbox of options! The interface is very user-friendly with no confusing features or buttons you cannot see without clicking them multiple times (or not at all). It would be nice if there could have been some sorta "tutorial" option where someone can go over how everything works step by step as well so people don't feel overwhelmed tryingโ€ฆ
