Cheap headset, best in CB and radio

Received both sets, headset charged overnight. Neither of them hold a charge, both light up when connected but as soon as I unplug them they go out. I had two favourites, the concept worked great but the headset is cheap and easily broken.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • poorly designed

Disappointed - Headsets and Mics

I ordered this one because the specs were very similar to the previous model I owned (and wore out) years ago. Very disappointed at how the quality has suffered. Very uncomfortable to wear. Wouldn't even stay on my head. The seals on the packaging were also broken.

Pros
  • Nicely
Cons
  • Functional

No CB Handsfree

I bought this device to use the CB Handsfree but it doesn't. CB requires a wired talk button, not a speakerphone. Vox must be on for true hands-free operation. I have my hands free with a mobile phone, but I already have a good Bluetooth headset.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • too dumb

The first device was broken. The seller replaced it with a refurbished unit "made in Mexico" that works fine. Compatible with iPhone and Galaxy DX 2547 transceiver. Will NOT pair with TaoTronics Bluetooth 4.1 transmitter or UGREEN Bluetooth 4.2 DUAL adapter.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Some little things

DO NOT BUY! in CB & Two Way Radios

Bought this headset. It was as I was warned about in the one star reviews. No sound from headset. The multifunction button does nothing at all. When the headset is connected to the radio, the volume is reduced to 1/3 the normal speaker volume. I've had headsets before and this one doesn't fit well. Turns itself on, microphone at the end of the gallows, finally stops at the eye. Like I said, buy something else

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • Can't remember

Doesn't charge

I've tried 2 of these from Revain and 2 from another manufacturer. I think this is a discontinued product and they have been sitting on the shelf for too long. The irreplaceable lithium-ion battery does not take a charge, the charge indicator does not even light up. Revain returned the money quickly which is good but don't waste time waiting for it to arrive. I think they are all past the effective lifespan age.

Worth buying, especially for the terrain!

This headset is almost perfect, so I'm giving it 4 stars. Installation is quick and painless, and the build quality of the headset is good. It's worth noting that you still have to use the wired push-to-talk button, but this connects to the CB adapter rather than the headset itself, maintaining its true wireless design. You can easily add this button next to the shift knob (supplied with Velcro) for easy control when riding off-road. I also noticed that the volume can be low, but it's stillโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Long waited
