Great design work, excellent customer service

The project manager was very experienced in what he did! He had ideas that were outside of our norm but we found ways to make it happen. I really liked how open everyone at DDM was when discussing ideas or concerns about working together. There are always challenges with any new venture so this was no exception - communication just needed to be more open and honest between parties as there seemed to be some misunderstanding (and then fixed). Great Experience With Design Direct Media

The customer service was amazing! They were very responsive to my questions/concerns throughout our project timeline which helped me feel comfortable with their team of professionals who would be working in tandem for this job as well. I really liked how they took into consideration all aspects when creating my website design including layout, color scheme, fonts etc. There wasn't anything that i disliked about DDM's services or experience during this process other than maybe it could have been
