I have to take multiple scans to get a reading i believe. Forehead part is just a spacer so it slides and a different button as far as i can tell. It is easy to read numbers and the ear scans are instant though.

Best home thermometer out there! It’s very accurate it does not scare children they love the head scan and the color changing screen lets the kids be involved in the process

This is exactly what I was looking for! It has the forehead reading option, as well as the ear. The forehead is more convenient and the ear is a bit more accurate. It came with batteries in it, it’s easier than the traditional under the tongue thermometer. It’s super simple to use. To do the ear reading you just take the cap off of the forehead reading area and there are very clearly labeled buttons for which reading you’re doing. Also! It came with a nice little storage bag! 👍🏼

Inaccurate when going from ear to ear or ear to forehead I ranged from 102.3-96.8 ( which is borderline hypothermia) I mean what a garbage product

I am missing the ear pieces to the temperature so I can't use it on my Granddaughter's when they are here or my Niece's or nephew's.

I get significantly different readings between forehead and ear canal, it also gives wildly inaccurate readings with a good 10-20 degree variance. This thermometer has read me at 81 and 105 all in the same hour.Forehead is totally worthless as it changes based on room temperature, it's consistently between the low 80's and low 90's unless I press it against my face, then it will read mid 90's.My temperature is obviously not low 80's as it shows when I do a contactless forehead reading. Every swipe is a different temp. No matter is it's the same person 2 times in a row. It's still a different temperature with every swipe

Great Thermometer for the price! Easy to use and super fast especially for those wiggly little ones. It’s small enough to be carried in a diaper bag and has its own carrying pouch.

I can take temp 3 times in a row and get 3 drastically different answers which calls into question accuracy. That's my feedback.

This product delivers on everything it promises. The directions make it clear how to use the device. It takes your temperature quickly and accurately (compared to my under-the-tongue method). The product comes with a bag to store the thermometer and the directions fit in nicely - great for people like me who probably won't need this often and have a terrible memory for directions. I found that taking your temperature via the ear was a little clunky, but overall I think this is a great product…

The readings are very inconsistent. You can’t trust it to give an accurate reading because each time you use it, it gives a different value. Don’t be tempted by the sale prices on this thing like I was, invest in a more reliable brand.

This is a basic temperature monitor, it will give you an idea if you need help, ear is correct but forehead is not, close tho

I use it for dogs and cats ( unless it reads high/low then I will double check with rectal thermometer)The less traumatic the vet visit is the better! I wish they had affordable disposal covers. The generic covers that are out there do not fit. I use cellophane between patients.

The cover for the ear piece is hard to remove without the battery back coming off. Inaccurate readings compared from forehead to ear, 4 or more degrees difference.
