Well, that's a waste of money. The camera connects and -nothing-. It's not that the computer doesn't recognize it as a webcam, the computer doesn't even know anything is connected at all. Started off great but died a few months after we got it. Easy to use, no warnings, just went undetected one day. This applies to multiple PCs, so the problem is not in the software or the operating system. Spend a little more money and get something that will last.

The camera works well, the picture is sufficient, although far from perfect. There is no zoom function. So if you put the camera on a computer monitor you will get your small picture on 1/4 of the frame and 3/4 of the frame is the background. So get tidy and decorate your home or office! I would have preferred a less wide-angle lens. I can't say anything about the sound quality since I'm using a headset and not the built-in microphone.

I've used this with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex. Every time people couldn't hear me properly. I sound like I'm too far away. I had to use a headset. My audio was still coming from my laptop speakers and not my webcam. I changed all settings. I am returning the item.
